Reflection
As an educator it is imperative that you continually practice and perfect your skills for learning. An educator must love to learn and gain further understanding because it is your job to teach others about concepts, topics, and ideas. In order to do so effectively and efficiently one must continually develop skills and look for ways to make everyday practices easier and more effective. One of the best ways to continually stay up to date is by participating in an online community such as an edWeb account or even by joining Facebook groups and following educational people on Twitter. The first standard for educators is learner because as a teacher you are a life-long learner who is dedicated to figuring out the best ways to deliver information to your audience. The best way to learn is by networking with others and listening to their experiences with teachings.
